• Adults Only: We are an adults only couple’s bed and breakfast – no children – no pets

• Reservation: A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. This will be processed upon your arrival or in the event you do not show. Rates are shown per night double occupancy.

• Check In: 3 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m. We offer a flexible check in time and will greet you personally. We simply ask that you let us know ahead of time so that we can make sure we are available for you.

• Capacity: We have 2 guest rooms that can accommodate 2 guests per room.

• Smoking: Smoking is not allowed indoors, including guest rooms. We have a designated outdoor smoking area.

• Parking: We have parking available to accommodate all types of vehicles.

• Guestrooms: Guestrooms are located on the second floor of the annex and are not handicap accessible.

• Quiet Time: 10 pm

• Diet: Please advise us if you have any special dietary requirements at time of booking.

• Cancellations: We understand that for any number of reasons you may have to change your plans. Your cancellation will be confirmed to you by e-mail. Do not assume your reservation is cancelled unless you receive this e-mail. All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. This will be charged to the credit card number that was provided to guarantee your reservation. Due to the unique nature of our lodging and limited available rooms, we regret that cancellations or changes within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Weekends and Holiday Weekends have 30 days prior to arrival non-refundable cancellation. There is no refund for early departure.
